What do we do?
ZeaGrove is a Guangzhou-based manufacturer of ready-to-eat Chinese herbal foods. The company was founded in 2018, and the team behind it brings more than a decade of experience in Chinese herbal food, nutrition and food manufacturing. The business is built around buyers outside China.
We make ready-to-eat Chinese herbal foods. The range covers nourishing desserts, dietary substitute congee, herbal soups, instant bird's nest, fish maw dishes and herbal drinks, in bowl, pouch and gift-box formats. Most of it opens and eats without cooking.
Production runs in our own workshops in Guangzhou: 100,000-grade GMP clean rooms and more than 30 intelligent high-speed production lines, with a daily output of 1.5 million bowls. Filling, retort sterilisation at 121 °C and packing all happen on the same site, so a new recipe can move from sample to shipping carton without leaving the building.

Raw materials are inspected and released, then batched to the approved formula.

Filling, closing and sterilisation at 121 °C run as one continuous, recorded sequence.

Quality Inspection
Each batch is checked against the specification, and the results are written into the batch record.

Delivery
Finished goods are packed, coded and shipped with the documents that travel with the consignment.

If a batch goes wrong, we trace it through the record and come back with an answer.
